My name is Lisa, and I'm a registered nurse, urban homesteader, and plant-based chef. Instead of just treating the symptoms of disease with medications, I believe in addressing the root cause(s) of the problem. That's why I recommend consuming nutrient-rich, plant-based foods for optimal wellness.
